During registration, you are required to provide the following: your full name (as shown on your ID), an active email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and a strong password. CashKing reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify your information.

Your CashKing account is for your personal use only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. CashKing shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

You agree to:

• Not sharing your password or login credentials with any third party.
• Contact the CashKing support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
• Updating your account information whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email address.
• Not to use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the CashKing platform.

CashKing reserves the right to temporarily freeze or close any account suspected of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or any activity that violates these terms, without prior notice.

CashKing supports a range of secure and fast local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Accepted deposit methods:

CashKing deposit limits and rules are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction

• CashKing charges no fees on deposits — however, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to third-party accounts

CashKing members may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions. CashKing is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Subject to VIP tier — Elite members enjoy higher limits
• Processing time: 15–60 minutes for regular members; instant for Platinum and Elite VIP members
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit (except in specific cases approved by the CashKing finance team)

Prior to processing a withdrawal, CashKing reserves the right to conduct standard compliance checks, including identity verification, account activity review, and payment method validation. This process forms part of our commitment to the security of all members.

CashKing offers a range of exciting promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. However, each bonus is subject to specific conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

General CashKing bonus terms:

• Every bonus carries a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) as stated on the relevant promotions page. Please read the terms of each promotion before claiming.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game category specified (e.g., a football bonus applies to Sports Betting only).
• Members are entitled to claim one (1) welcome bonus only. Any attempt to claim the bonus more than once using different accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.
• CashKing reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, including hedge betting across accounts.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the stated period will be automatically forfeited.

CashKing offers a wide range of game categories including football betting, other Sports Betting, cricket, e-sports, slots, live table games, and more. Each category has its own specific rules displayed in the respective section on the platform.

• Sports Betting & Football: All odds are determined by CashKing and are subject to change before an event begins. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a match cancellation or exceptional circumstances.
• Live Casino & Table Games: Game outcomes are final and determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer. No claims will be entertained on the basis of luck alone.
• E-Sports: Esports betting is subject to the original tournament rules. Should a match not be completed in its original format, CashKing reserves the right to void or adjust the relevant bets.
• Any technical disruption that occurs during a gaming session will be investigated. If the disruption is caused by the CashKing system, your account balance will be restored to its state prior to the disruption.

To protect the integrity of the platform and all CashKing members, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering or operating more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activities for deposits
• Use of software, bots, or automated tools to play or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain — prompt reporting to our team is greatly appreciated
• Colluding with other members in poker or any multiplayer game
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system through systematic hedge betting using multiple accounts
• Use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards or e-wallets for deposits

CashKing employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that continuously monitors all account activity. Any account suspected of involvement in the above activities will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

CashKing members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn.

CashKing reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term outlined in this document
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or hacking
• Rude or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other members
• Self-exclusion requests or requests submitted by a legal guardian on behalf of a member experiencing gambling-related issues

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, CashKing reserves the right to forfeit all outstanding bonus balances. Valid real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to compliance review.

CashKing shall not be held liable for:

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the relevant legal jurisdiction.
